  • Shareholder and Partnership agreements
  • securities advice
  • acquisition finance
  • insolvency.

Our team are well-known for providing top-level corporate and commercial advice to the SME and OMB market in the North West. We are particularly known for our work with vendor clients in the technology, healthcare, accountancy and storage sectors, providing personalised, dynamic and commercial advice.

With an already brilliant team in place and a variety of good quality work, this full-time Corporate Partner role is one with huge potential.

We’re now looking for a senior lawyer with vision who can build on the momentum to join us in growing the department and driving the direction of our Corporate division forward.

You will enjoy high levels of client contact and be expected to develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients and third parties (including referrers), while ensuring industry-leading gold-standard is delivered at all times.


What we’re looking for in this Corporate Partner role

While we have an established reputation in Corporate work, we are looking for someone who has excellent business development skills and a strong existing network as well as a commercial approach to how we can continue to improve our offering and client experience.

  • You will be a credible and technically strong practitioner who has experience and enjoys working on a wide range of Corporate work.
  • You must be a strong and transparent communicator who is able to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and able to manage and build positive working relationships.
  • You will have strong commercial acumen and be a results driven individual.
