ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our thriving commercial department. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients by managing a diverse range of commercial contracts. Our commercial department specialises in all aspects of commercial contracts, including:

drafting contracts
negotiating terms
reviewing contracts
advising clients
providing comprehensive legal advice on contract law.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, safeguarding our clients’ interests.

You will enjoy high levels of client contact and be expected to develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients and third parties (including referrers), while ensuring refreshing, gold-standard service levels are delivered at all times.

We are seeking candidates with experience in either in-house legal roles or public practice.

You will be a credible and technically strong practitioner who has experience and enjoys working on a wide range of clients.
You must be a strong and transparent communicator who is able to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and able to manage and build positive working relationships.
You will have strong commercial acumen and be a results-driven individual.
