ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for an employment lawyer to join our growing team. You will be exposed to the full breadth of employment law work including:

  • Change management.
  • Handling director exits and shareholder disputes.
  • Business re-organisations, redundancy and TUPE transfers.
  • Negotiate settlement agreements, and disciplinary and capability queries.
  • Legal support extends to offering employer Employment Tribunal services and acting for companies facing disruptive litigation and the major impact this can bring.

You’ll work closely within a highly experienced team with employment partners who are keen to support your career progression and further advance your skills on more complex matters.

With an established team in place and a variety of good quality work, this is a role with huge potential.

What we’re looking for in an Employment Lawyer / Associate

While we have an established reputation in employment work, we are looking for someone who is keen to utilise their business development skills as well as a commercial approach to continue to improve our offering and client experience.

  • You will be a credible and technically strong practitioner who has prior employment experience and enjoys working on a wide range of employment work.
  • You must be a strong and transparent communicator who is able to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and able to manage and build positive working relationships.
  • You will have strong commercial acumen and be a results driven individual.
