In terms of service, we heard people’s frustrations about legal services loud and clear. Ironically, one of the problems was the industry wasn’t very clear at all. So we decided to do something about it. We stand by our 6 fresh standards helping to shake up the legal sector so you can count on us to say what we mean and do what we say.

This means understanding our impact and setting credible reduction targets to reach our goal – one responsible decision at a time.

You will not hear us boasting about chasing eye-watering profits or ballooning headcount at the expense of people or the planet.

Since 2022 our B Corp journey has been teaching us about acting as a force for good. The more we learn, the more we want to have a positive impact.
