Our property litigation team works with clients to resolve disputes arising from business lease renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidation claims, forfeiture, break notices and other complex issues arising from commercial landlord and tenant relationships.
In this newly created position you will provide proactive support to our expert property litigation team, and to our clients whilst they go through the often challenging situation of mediation or litigation.
The responsibilities of your role will vary depending on the level of experience you bring.

You will ideally have previous experience in property litigation and enjoy working on a wide range of clients.
