Let’s face it, unfortunately some relationships do not work out as planned. That’s where Emma comes in.
Emma guides people going through divorce or separation, including sorting financial matters arising from relationship breakdowns, and arrangements for children. Emma prides herself in her extensive experience with helping clients reach agreement without going into potentially long or expensive court proceedings. She aims to guide clients and their families through the initial storm to calmer waters.
She has a particular interest in helping parents set up agreed contact arrangements for children. This includes where a child might live or handling common questions such as, ‘what will happen during my divorce if my family relocates?’
What if divorcing or separating couples cannot agree? If an agreed outcome is not possible at the outset then Emma is also experienced in representing clients in both Financial Remedy proceedings and Children Act matters – extending to Special Guardianship Orders, surrogacy and fertility.
So far, no different to other lawyers you might be thinking.
An efficient, comprehensive and friendly service is essential, isn’t it? Along with working hard to achieve the best possible outcome for every client.

When asked why she loves the work she does, from the first meeting Emma is always clear that she likes to be able to relieve the emotional burden and pressures clients are facing – offering a friendly face to guide them through the process.
Emma is available at the end of the phone. She is ready to talk things over and, most importantly, listen. Are you in a high-tension situation? Emma is skilled at finding a solution outside of the court process, while also having considerable experience in litigation.
