Ten new promotions at HM3 Legal

3 New Senior Associates and 7 new Associates

By Lindsey Kidd - Managing Director

The New Year begins at HM3 Legal by announcing 10 promotions.

The double-digit promotions took effect from January 1st celebrating three new senior associates and seven new associates. This news recognises their exceptional legal expertise and providing the firm’s signature WOW service to SME business clients and individuals. The big reveal took place at the Christmas party when MD Lindsey Kidd, made the announcement and presented each colleague with a surprise envelope containing a business card showing their new title.

Progression Pathways in Action

Lindsey Kidd, MD comments: It made me very proud to share the news with colleagues late December, knowing we would be stepping into 2024 with this positive announcement. The 10 promotions celebrate individual achievements and demonstrate our Progression Pathways programme in action. Such recognition is fine in theory yet can only succeed in practice within a dynamic workplace environment.

We work hard to develop a positive and inclusive culture empowering our people to succeed. I’m delighted that the latest promotions represent all service lines rewarding colleagues not just for what they do, but crucially how they do it and how they make clients feel. These colleagues are bringing to life our Vision to do law differently with six brand standards, including a refreshing WOW service setting us apart.

These 10 promotions are well deserved and I’m confident 2024 will be another bold and impactful year for HM3 Legal. I look forward to seeing colleagues flourish personally and professionally this year and beyond.

Adding breadth and depth

Celebrating the most recent promotions follows HM3 Legal welcoming 13 new starters in 2023, adding breadth and depth to the Resolution and Recoveries, Employment Law and HR, and Family and Relationships teams.

HM3 Legal is recognised for its gold-standard client experience, progressive approach, extensive personal and professional training, and 1:1 employee support.

Three New Senior Associates

In response to her promotion Rachael Piggott was “delighted and thrilled” to receive the news. As a commercial lawyer her personable approach is recognised as well as her ability to find ‘red flags’ in contracts and terms, reducing risk and increasing legal protection for businesses. Michael Richards is “incredibly proud” of his promotion, reflecting his excellent customer care while achieving a commercial recovery success rate of 97% for clients – including recovering £2 million from outstanding invoices for one business alone. “Just incredible and a wonderful surprise” was how Wendy Randall, Probate Practitioner, received her new business card. Wendy’s promotion recognises her empathetic approach and extensive legal knowledge.

Seven New Associates

The new associates also represent various departments and office locations. Both Clare Mathieson and Safeena Ali shine as commercial property experts, as does Sara Wakefield in the residential property field. Individuals seeking an accomplished lawyer benefit from Emma Evans’s specialist family and relationship legal knowledge, and from Frances Cartwright who provides wills, trusts and probate advice. New Associate Deana Phillips assists individuals and businesses with complex employment law matters, and Sophie Bebbington applies her specialist skills to resolve commercial disputes, and contentious probate also known as contested wills.
