Commercial Debt Recovery
As part of our commitment to doing law differently and making lives easier, we are offering fixed fee pricing options. Ask us about how this works when you request a quote.
We act within 24 hours after being instructed, and the time taken to collect the debt varies depending on the case. For some clients the money is in their business bank account within days. Clients regularly mention that working with our proactive HM3 Legal team reduced their stress and worry.
What will it cost (based on recovering £1000):
Our team works on a no collection, no fee basis on pre-legal matters. Our costs are based on the percentage value of the debt we are instructed to collect, and the age of the debt.
Example 1*
£1000 debt to be recovered.
Less than 12 months old.
Our fees cost you = £200.
Example 2*
£0.00 – £5,000 – 20%
£5,0001 – £10,000 – 15%
£10,001 – £50,000 – 10%
£50,001 – £99,999.99 – 5%
£100k + – 2.5%
Free commercial debt recovery?
Depending on your contract with the debtor, we may be able to recover these costs from them.
This means no cost to your business.
And unlike standard debt collection agencies HM3 Legal’s colleagues work closely with clients to provide a seamless service from debt collection to litigation – all under one roof at HM3 Legal. And if things get tricky? We have a dedicated team used to handling disputes.
*These costs apply up to the point of issuing court proceedings, and exclude VAT.
