Purpose-led law firm HM3 Legal has expanded its litigation and dispute resolution offering with the appointment of a highly respected team of commercial litigators, further enhancing its cross-office capability and sector expertise.
Melissa Worth, an experienced commercial litigation solicitor with a strong track record in complex and high-value disputes, has joined HM3 Legal alongside colleagues Johanna Smallman and Sarah Doran. The trio previously worked together at boutique commercial firm Bexley Beaumont and bring a wealth of expertise across commercial litigation, professional negligence, construction disputes, and insurance litigation.

Their arrival strengthens HM3 Legal’s already well-established Resolution and Recoveries services, which operates across Liverpool, Chester and now South Manchester following the firm’s recent expansion into Altrincham.
