The promotions mark an exciting chapter for HM3 Legal, acting as an additional marker of continuing strategic growth and strengthening the capability and depth of its team of specialist solicitors.
We are delighted to celebrate advancing six employees across corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation, Wills, Trusts and Estates, and family law – each legal area has experienced exciting growth in the last few years.
Clare Lawrence, Talent and Engagement Manager said:
“We are thrilled and immensely proud to announce the promotion of six of our brilliant HM3 colleagues! We love to celebrate and share their well-deserved success.
“HM3 is known for championing a ‘grow your own’ ethos. It is always inspiring to see so many colleagues develop and thrive since joining us. Our Progression Pathways have been designed to offer clarity, visibility, and the opportunity for individuals to take charge of their own professional journey. Supporting the development of exceptional legal talent is at the heart of what we do.
“The latest promotions show our commitment to providing clear, transparent support that empowers every colleague to drive their career forward – 100% of employees have written goals that they agree with their managers and regularly review throughout the year. This means all colleagues can set out their own ambitions which support team and organisational objectives, and clear steps to help them reach their goals.
“We are pleased to see our colleagues progress and continue to shape the future trajectory of the firm.”
