Making a Will and going through Probate

When is the best time to make a Will?

Many people believe making a Will is for older people when anytime is a good time to make a Will to make sure your wishes will be carried out in the way you intended. When circumstances change is also an ideal time. Buying or selling property, getting married (or re-marrying), having children or getting a divorce – all of these events affect an estate and who may inherit your belongings.
